informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Köln,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 23,
2012 and on that day amounted to 3.15% (this corresponds to 1563301 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.15% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1563301 Voting Rights) is to be
