New Chairman of KHD Supervisory Board

Cologne, Germany, June 25, 2013 - Today Ms. Eliza Suk Ching Yuen stepped
down in her function as Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, with immediate effect. The
Supervisory Board elected Mr. Hubert Keusch as new Chairman of the
Supervisory Board.
