OUTCOME OF BOARD MEETING HELD ON 11[th] FEBRUARY, 2023

The Board met this day at 4:00 PM and the meeting approved/recommended the followings along with other matters:-

1. Approved Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2022 and took note of the Limited Audit Review Report of Auditors thereon which had no adverse remarks.

2. Appointed M/s. Banthia & Co., (C.P No. 1405), Practicing Company Secretary for issuing certificates as required under the Companies Act, 2013; SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 or under any other law/rules/regulations applicable on the Company for the F.Y 2023-24.

3. Took on record the Statement of Grievance Redressal Mechanism for quarter ended 31.12.2022.
