Dear Sir / Madam,

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that in view of the Government directives to prevent and contain the spread of COVID19 and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of employees and all stakeholders, the Company has decided to close its offices, manufacturing facilities, retail stores and warehouses pan India until further notice.

In this evolving situation, the overall adverse impact on the operations of the Company is not immediately assessable. The Company will continue to assess the situation and will consider the resumption of its business operations at an appropriate time once the situations permit.
