CORRIGENDUM TO THE POSTAL BALLOT NOTICE DATED APRIL 01, 2025 OF KHADIM INDIA LIMITED (“THE COMPANY”)

The Company had issued Postal Ballot Notice dated April 01, 2025 together with Explanatory Statement in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (the “Act” ), the rules made thereunder, circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ( “MCA” ) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( “Listing Regulations” ) thereto, for seeking approval of the Members of the Company on the special business item in the form of Special Resolutions as proposed therein. The Postal Ballot Notice has already been circulated to the Members on May 22, 2025, in due compliance with the provisions of the Act, MCA Circular & Listing Regulations and the remote e-voting on the same is ongoing as per the schedule mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice, i.e., from Sunday, May 25, 2025, 09:00 A.M. (IST) to Monday, June 23, 2025, 05:00 P.M. (IST).

This corrigendum is being issued to inform the members of the Company about a rectification in the Annexure-II constituting an integral part of the Postal Ballot Notice dated April 01, 2025, as detailed below:

On and from the date hereof, the Postal Ballot Notice shall always be read in conjunction with this Corrigendum as uploaded on the website of the Company at www.khadims.com and website of National Securities Depositories Limited (NSDL), www.evoting.nsdl.com, and Stock Exchanges i.e., www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com.

All other contents / information mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice dated April 01, 2025 shall remain unchanged.
