This document is a supplementary bidder’s statement issued under section 643 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( First Supplementary Bidder’s Statement ) and it supplements the bidder’s statement issued by Kentor Gold Ltd ACN 082 658 080 ( Kentor ) in relation to its off market takeover bid for Jinka Minerals Limited ACN 131 851 404 ( Jinka ) which was dated 1 April 2011 ( Bidder’s Statement ). This First Supplementary Bidder’s Statement is to be read together with the Bidder’s Statement. Unless the context requires otherwise, terms defined in the Bidder’s Statement have the same meaning in this First Supplementary Bidder’s Statement.

$0.195 per share for each ordinary share in Jinka $0.039 per option for each option in respect of shares in Jinka with expiry date 31 July 2011 $0.096 per option for each option in respect of shares in Jinka with expiry date 31 July 2013

SUPPLEMENT TO BIDDER’S STATEMENT
Update on status of acceptances of offers
Kentor is encouraged by the support shown for the Offer, with a number of Jinka Securities Holders having accepted of the Offer early in the Offer Period.
Kentor advises that as at the close of business on 19 April 2011 it held a relevant interest in Jinka of 33.66%.
Kentor will review the status of the bid conditions as further acceptances are received and will update Jinka Security Holders accordingly.
Kentor urges Jinka Security Holders who have not yet accepted the Offer to return their Acceptance Form in order that consideration may be provided to them and the acquisition completed as soon as is practicable.
Date on which status of bid conditions will be advised
In accordance with section 630(1) of the Corporations Act, Kentor specifies 28 April 2011 as the date on which it will give notice of the status of the Offer Conditions.
DATE OF FIRST SUPPLEMENTARY STATEMENT AND LODGEMENT WITH ASIC
This First Supplementary Bidder’s Statement is dated 21 April 2011, the date on which a copy of this First Supplementary Bidder’s Statement was lodged with ASIC.
Neither ASIC nor any of its officers takes any responsibility for the content of this First Supplementary Bidder’s Statement.
APPROVAL OF FIRST SUPPLEMENTARY BIDDER’S STATEMENT
The copy of this First Supplementary Bidder’s Statement that was lodged with ASIC on 21 April 2011 was approved by a resolution passed by the Kentor Board on 21 April 2011 in accordance with section 645(2) of the Corporations Act.
