KGL Resources Limited (ASX:KGL) ( KGL or Company ) advises a revised timetable for the Entitlement Offer announced this morning. The revision of dates is required as the ASX has a strict cut-off time of 10am (AEDT) for the lodgement of the Appendix 3B.
