KGL Resources Limited (ASX: KGL) – Trading Halt
Trading in the securities of KGL Resources Limited (‘KGL’) will be halted at the request of KGL, pending the release of an announcement by KGL.
Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 31 October 2025; or
-
the release of the announcement to the market.
KGL’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, KGL Resources Limited (ASX:KGL) (the “Company”) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The Company requests a trading halt from receipt of this request until the earlier of the release of the announcement, or the commencement of trade on Friday, 31 October 2025.
The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX. Authorised by the Board of KGL Resources Limited.
