Mr Denis Wood to rejoin the Board of KGL Resources Limited.

The Board of KGL Resources Limited ( ASX:KGL ) is pleased to announce that Mr Denis Wood will re-join the board as a non-executive director. Mr Wood, who is well known to shareholders, has an extensive knowledge of the Jervois project and was instrumental in advancing the project prior to his resignation last year.

In announcing Denis’ appointment, KGL Chairman Mr Peter Hay said that KGL was pleased to have Denis re-joining the board. “Having overcome his health issues, we welcome Denis’ return to the board and his deep knowledge of the project will be extremely beneficial as we advance the development of Jervois”.

On accepting the position Mr Wood commented “I look forward to re-joining KGL which, as everyone knows, is very close to my heart. I am encouraged by the progress since I left, and I continue to be excited about the Jervois Project. I am very happy to return in this role to support the management team, who are committed to bringing Jervois into production.”

Mr Wood will commence on 18 March 2022.
