Mr Steve Mallyon resigns from the Board of KGL Resources Limited.

The board of KGL Resources Limited ( ASX:KGL ) announces that Mr Steve Mallyon has resigned from the board effective immediately. Steve joined the board in July 2021 providing significant mining development experience at a time when the then Chairman, Mr Denis Wood, was contemplating retirement. With the return of Denis Wood to the board and his own commitments to other projects, Steve believes it is appropriate for him to stand down from the Board.

KGL’s Chairman Mr Peter Hay said that, “KGL was pleased to have had Steve’s valuable contribution for the last 9 months. His many years’ experience in mining, construction and capital markets has been extremely beneficial.”

This announcement has been approved by the directors of KGL Resources Limited.
