Director Resignation
KGL Resources Limited (ASX:KGL or the “Company”) has been advised by Mr John Gooding that he intends to resign as a director of the Company on 31 December 2020 to pursue other interests.
The Executive Chairman, Denis Wood, on behalf of the Board, thanked John for his contribution to the Company. “John has a deep knowledge of the mining industry and the board has benefited from his insight. We wish John the very best in his future pursuits.”
The Board will consider a replacement non-executive director in the new year.
