KGL Resources Appoints New Director

KGL Resources Limited (ASX code: KGL) (KGL or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Brad Ellis as a Director of the Company.

Mr Ellis, a qualified metallurgist, was nominated to serve as a director by KMP Investments Pte Ltd, KGL’s largest shareholder.

Brad has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Extractive Metallurgy and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. With over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry as a metallurgist and process engineer, Brad is currently a partner in West Australian consultancy Scott Dalley Francks. Brad’s technical experience has focused on process plant commissioning and operation, feasibility study preparation and management, and design management for mineral processing and hydrometallurgical plants.

Chairman of KGL Resources, Andrew Daley welcomed Brad to the Board saying “Brad’s technical abilities and experience are a welcome addition to the Board especially in relation to the progression of the Jervois Project.”
