APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CFO
The Board of Kentor Gold Ltd (ASX:KGL) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr John Rawling as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer effective from 1 April Consequently Mr Chris Bain, the Company Secretary through the period of 2005. Kentor's capital raising and listing on the ASX, has resigned.
Mr Rawling has most recently held the positions of CFO and Company Secretary with listed financial services company Terrain Australia Limited. He has also been CFO of the listed company Online Trading Systems Limited and Finance Manager for the Australian Grand Prix Corporation. He is currently also Company Secretary of EQiTX Limited.
The Board wishes to record its thanks to Mr Bain and notes that as Mr Bain is a Director of Investor Resources Limited, Kentor's financial adviser, he will remain an adviser to the company.
