Clarification - Annual General Meeting – Addresses.
KGL Resources Limited (KGL or the Company) refers to its ASX announcement dated 28 November 2024 titled “Annual General Meeting - Addresses”.
For clarity, the statement referring to the 2Mtpa plant capacity disclosed in the announcement mentioned above is the proposed nameplate capacity of the plant that is currently being studied that could be installed at the Jervois Project.[1] The plant capacity should not be misconstrued as a production target as per the definition under the ASX Listing Rules Chapter 19 and the stated production capacity could be significantly lower than the proposed nameplate capacity and investors should not rely on this information for making any investment decisions.
The Company anticipates releasing the Updated Feasibility Study in Q1 2025, subject to the completion of the independent expert review, which will inform the new production target for the Jervois Project
