Signing of an Annex to the loan agreement with the European InvestmentBank

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 12 May2016, KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. signed an Annex to the agreement for anunsecured loan in the amount of PLN 2 000 000 000, which was signed on 1August 2014 with the European Investment Bank, as announced by theCompany in regulatory filing no. 24/2014.

The Annex extends the loan's period of availability by 12 months. Aftersigning the Annex, the loan's period of availability is 34 months long,counting from 1 August 2014, which is the date on which the loanagreement was signed.

Other terms of the agreement have not materially changed.

Legal basis: art. 56 section 5 of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on publicofferings and conditions governing the introduction of financialinstruments to organised trading, and on public companies (unified text:Journal of Laws 2013.1382).
