Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 21December 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolutionon the appointment of Mateusz Wodejko as of 21 December 2022 to serve inthe function of Vice President (Finance) of the 11th-term ManagementBoard of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board, as requiredby the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regardingcurrent and periodic information published by issuers of securities andconditions for recognising as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state, the Company will provide at a later date inthe form of an individual current report.
