Changes in the composition of the Management Board of the Company

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 3February 2017, Jacek Rawecki submitted his resignation from the functionof First Vice President of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., effective as of 3February 2017.

In addition, on 3 February 2017 the Supervisory Board adopted aresolution on the appointment of Rafał Pawełczak as a Vice President ofthe Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board, as requiredby the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009regarding current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by theCompany at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
