Keyware to distribute dividends

Brussels, Belgium – 01 August 2016 – Keyware (EURONEXT Brussels: KEYW) today announces its intention to distribute dividends in August 2016 on the basis of a proposal of the Board of Directors to be held in the middle of August 2016. The exact amount as well as the related data of registration and payment will be confirmed on 18 August 2016.

The increased profitability since recent years, confirmed during the first half of the current year has brought Keyware to decide, for the first time during its activity, to distribute a portion of its profit to the shareholders as a dividend.

A gross dividend of EUR 0,02 per share will be distributed to the 21.188.793 shares which represents an aggregate amount of 424 kEUR. Withholding taxes of 27% will be applied.

Compared to the net profit of the previous year of 5.291 kEUR such a dividend represents 8% of this result. Hence, the main part of the net profit is affected to the financing of Keyware's growth plans.

The formal confirmation will take place during the meeting of the Board of Directors of 18 August 2016. On that date the detailed calendar comprising the ex-date, the registration date and the payout date will be announced.
