Keyware reaches an agreement regarding the acquisition of Payment Solutions

This acquisition is part of the terminal park growth strategy

Brussels, Belgium – 6 January 2022 – Keyware Technologies (EURONEXT Brussels: KEYW) announces that it has reached an agreement with Payment Solutions in the context of the acquisition of 100% of the shares ('the Transaction').

Payment Solutions BV is located in Haaltert and it is also a player active in the electronic payment solutions market. Its clientele is mainly located in Flanders and Brussels.

Even after the Transaction, Payment Solutions will continue to operate as before.

With the intended Transaction, Keyware Technologies Group is strengthening its customer base in the payment terminals and authorization segments.

Keyware Technologies Group is expanding its existing portfolio by approximately 2,500 contracts, which were signed in a relatively short period of 3 years.

Furthermore, Payment Solutions is as good as free of (financial) debts. The contribution of this acquisition to the consolidated revenues and EBITDA of 2022 (IFRS) is estimated at k€2,300 and k€440 respectively.
