KEYSTONE REIT – Rights Offering and Identifying Details for New Security- Correction

Please note that in our circular No.413441, an error occurred in section 2, please see the below:

1. On Monday, 11 July 2022, the participation unit KEYSTONE REIT (Security ID 1175934/ ISIN IL0011759342) and KEYSTONE RT W1 (Security ID 1181734 / ISIN IL0011817348) will be traded ex -rights.

2. The ex- rights base price of KEYSTONE REIT shares shall be A, as stipulated below:
