(b) On September 1, 2016, Keysight Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Guy Séné will step down as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, effective October 31, 2016. The Company issued a press release announcing the management change, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference herein.
