Close of RNY Takeover Offer
Keybridge Capital Limited (Keybridge) advises that offers made under its off-market takeover bid for the ordinary units in RNY Property Trust (RNY) closed at 7.00pm on Friday 13 August 2021 pursuant to the terms of those offers.
Keybridge now holds 27.7% of the ordinary units in RNY.
