– RNY Property Trust (ASX: RNY) Response to Takeover Bid

Huntley Management Limited (Huntley), as responsible entity for RNY Property Trust (RNY), acknowledges the recent announcement made by Keybridge Capital Limited (ASX: KBC) whereby it intends to make an all scrip takeover bid for 100% of the units in RNY (Bid).

Huntley awaits receipt and review of Keybridge’s Bidder’s Statement before providing further comments in relation to the Bid.
