MOLOPO ENERGY LIMITED –TAKEOVERS PANEL RECEIVES REVIEW APPLICATIONS

Aurora Funds Management Limited (“ Aurora ”) notes the announcement this morning from the Takeovers Panel (“ Panel ”) that it has received applications from Keybridge Capital Limited (“ Keybridge ”) and Molopo Energy Limited (“ Molopo ”) for a review of the Panel’s finding that certain circumstances in relation to Aurora and Keybridge give rise to unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of Molopo, and that a review Panel has not been appointed at this stage.

Given these review applications, Aurora will not be making its own review application (which it might otherwise have done). However, Aurora intends to participate fully in these review proceedings.
