Oceania Capital Partners Limited (OCP) – Off-market takeover bid for Keybridge Capital Limited (Keybridge) – Completion of despatch of Bidder’s Statement
We refer to the bidder’s statement and accompanying acceptance forms lodged with the ASX earlier today in connection with the off-market takeover bid by OCP for all of the ordinary shares in Keybridge.
We hereby give notice in accordance with item 8 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( the Act ) that the bidder’s statement and the accompanying acceptance forms have been sent to the holders of ordinary shares in Keybridge in accordance with, and in satisfaction of, the requirements of item 6 of section 633(1) of the Act.
