AGM Postponement and dial in details
Keybridge Capital Limited (Keybridge) advises that its AGM, scheduled for today at 11.00am, has been postponed to 11.00am (AEDT) on 30 December 2021.
Keybridge notes that the Chairman will be attending the postponed meeting by phone and offers shareholders the same opportunity to join by phone.
Keybridge also notes that its registry erroneously stated in online voting that proxy lodgements were open three (3) hours later than it was scheduled to close, and that the meeting would be held at three (3) hours later than actually scheduled (by stating times in WST rather than AEDT). We apologise for shareholders adversely affected by this error.
The meeting has been postponed to provide sufficient notice to shareholders of the attendance details and the scheduled meeting time.

The meeting will continue to be held physically at the rooftop of 370 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004. The same business will be conducted.
The opportunity to vote by proxy for the postponed meeting will be extended to 11.00am (AEDT) on 28 December 2021.
