REMUNERATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Key Petroleum Limited (“KEY”) today makes a statement regarding its Chief Executive Officer’s (CEO) remuneration package. On 14 February 2012, KEY announced the appointment of Mr Kane Marshall as the Company's new CEO, effective 14 February 2012.
The CEO will be remunerated on a consultancy basis at a rate of $150 per hour being a conservative rate in the oil industry for an experienced and credentialed person holding this senior position. This consultancy rate will be reviewed annually by the Remuneration Committee and any changes will be recommended to the Board for consideration.
