Kesko Corporation has on 9 September 2021 received a notification pursuant to
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Ilmarinen Mutual
Pension Insurance Company.

According to the notification, on 9 September 2021 Ilmarinen Mutual Pension
Insurance Company’s holding in Kesko fell below the threshold of ten (10) per
cent for voting rights.
