Kesko is negotiating the disposal of its building and home improvement store properties in Russia

Kesko confirms it is negotiating the disposal of most of its building and home
improvement store properties in Russia with Leroy Merlin.

The negotiations are in progress and for the present, the outcome of the
negotiations is not certain. If the negotiations lead to signing an agreement,
it will be announced separately. If the negotiations do not lead to an
agreement, Kesko will continue its building and home improvement trade
operations in Russia as before.
