Pursuant to paragraph 6.1.67(2) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and LR 9.6.14(2) of the FCA Listing Rules, Kerry Group plc (the "Company") announces that Mr. Christopher Rogers, who is a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed Chairman of Wickes Group plc on 23 March 2021 and that Wickes Group plc has today been admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Rogers stepped down from his position as a non-executive director of Travis Perkins plc on 27 April 2021.
