Regulatory Announcement Directorate Changes

Kerry Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Emer Gilvarry as an independent non-Executive Director of the Company, and as a member of the Audit Committee, with effect from 1 November 2020.

Emer Gilvarry is a former senior partner of law firm Mason Hayes and Curran where she was managing partner from 2008 to 2014 and chair from 2014 to 2017. Ms Gilvarry is currently the Senior Independent Director at Greencoat Renewables plc and served as a non-Executive Director of Aer Lingus plc from 2014 to 2015.

Given her background, Ms Gilvarry will bring valuable legal skills and knowledge, as well as corporate governance experience, to Kerry Group's board.

The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure in relation to Rule 6.1.66 (1) to (6) of the Euronext Dublin Stock Exchange Rules and under LR 9.6.13 of the UK FCA Listing Rules.
