Directorate Changes: Kerry Group Board Appointments

The appointments of Mr. Gerard Culligan and Mr. Con Murphy to the Board of the Company were announced with the release of Kerry Group's Preliminary Results on 21 February 2017.

Both appointments are effective from 1 June 2017.

The Company confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure in relation to Rule 6.6.7(1) to (6) of the Irish Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
