The total number of shares in issue in Kerry Group plc as at 25 March 2022, being the date of the Notice of the Kerry Group plc 2022 Annual General Meeting is set out below:

On a vote by show of hands every member present in person and every proxy shall have one vote (but no individual shall have more than one vote). On a poll every shareholder shall have one vote for every A Ordinary Share of which they are the holder.
