Allotment of 4,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each to as fully paid-up pursuant to the exercise of 4,00,000 convertible warrants (out of the 13,00,000 warrants issued) at a price of Rs. 403/- per share (on receipt of exercise price of Rs. 201.5/- per warrant - being 50% of the balance warrant issue price) to the Non-Promoters.

Pursuant to the above allotment the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the company has been increased from Rs. 16,35,94,220 /- to Rs. 16,75,94,220/-.
