Pursuant to Regulation 30 read w it h Part A of Schedule III, of the listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its 206th Board Meeting held o n November 13, 2021, had, inter·afia transacted the following items of the business:
- i) Approved the Un·audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Re sults alongwith Statement of Assets and liabilities and Cash Flow Statements of the Company for the second quarter and half yar ended on 30th September, 202l.
- ii) Took note of the Limited Review Report on Quarterly Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021, as required under Regulation 33 of SEBI (lODR) Regulations, 2015.
