In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations, 2015'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution passed today i.e., 25[th] April 2022 has considered and approved the allotment of 13,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 113/- per share on preferential basis to the below mentioned persons belonging to "Non-Promoter Group (Public Category)" pursuant to Shareholders’ Resolution dated 29[th] March 2022 and In-Principle approval received from the BSE and NSE on 11[th] April 2022.
