The 32[nd] Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited ('the Company') will be held on Monday, 30[th] September 2024 at 04:00 P.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing / Other Audio - Visual Means (VC/OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The cut-off date for the 32[nd] AGM is 23[rd] September 2024.
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, the September 24, 2024 to Monday, the September 30, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of this Annual General Meeting.
