Kermode completes $17,674 in May 2024 under Shares for Services Agreements with Justin Deveault
Victoria, British Columbia - (June 14, 2024) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode") announces exploration work completed in May under the shares for services agreements with Mr. Justin Deveault. Details of the agreements are provided in Kermode's news release dated May 15, 2024.
The issuance price shall be $0.015 per share. The total amount of services was $17,674. The number of shares that will issued are 1,178,275 shares of Kermode. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
