Kermode issues Shares for Services to CFO for July 2024

Victoria, British Columbia - (August 2, 2024) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode") announces work completed in July 2024 under the shares for services agreements with the Chief Financial Officer. See Kermode’s news releases dated April 9, 2024, for details.

The issuance price shall be $0.01, which was the closing share price of Kermode on August 1, 2024. The total amount of services provided by Malaspina Consultants Inc. was $5,000, which will be paid with 500,000 shares of Kermode to Malaspina Consultants Inc. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
