Kermode Hires new CFO

Vancouver , British Columbia - (August 21, 2025) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Bryce Clark as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Mr. Peter Bell will serve as interim CFO while an ongoing search for a new CFO continues.
