Kermode Resources Ltd. Announces Leadership Change

VANCOUVER, BC, December 31, 2024 – Kermode Resources Ltd. (“Kermode” or the “Company”) (TSXV:KLM) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Stephen Wall to its board of directors (the “Board”) and Matthew Anderson as the Company’s Corporate Secretary.

Stephen Wall is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist, having contributed capital to over 50 companies since 2020. Stephen has owned and operated Cask Marketing Inc. since June 2012, a full-service business marketing consulting company and, since December 2015, he has served as CEO/Partner at Weatherguard Gutters Inc., a residential construction service company specializing in gutters and water management based in Langley, BC. Mr. Wall is also the area developer and the franchise owner of the Vancouver location of Odd Burger (TSX.V: ODD), and was formerly the CEO and a Director of Veji Holdings Ltd. (CSE: VEJI.X) from Dec. 2023 to Dec. 2024. Mr. Wall is also the CEO of Fraser Big Sky Capital, a prospective Capital Pool Company anticipated to begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in early 2025. Mr. Anderson is the current Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Messrs. Wall and Anderson replace Maxime Lepine on the Board and as Corporate Secretary. The Company would like to thank Mr. Lepine for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
