Kermode announces changes to Board of Directors

Victoria, British Columbia – February 28, 2023 – Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) (the “Company” or “Kermode”) appoints Mr. Tek Manhas to the Board of Directors effective immediately, subject to regulatory approval, and announces Mr. Milosz Mielniczuk resigns from the Board.

CEO Peter Bell comments, “Thanks Milo for serving on the Board. I look forward to working with you again. And welcome Tek!”

Mr. Tek Manhas operates a retail business and is a partner in a commercial property in the Cowichan Valley, where he has been a lifelong resident. Mr. Manhas is also serving his second term as a municipal councillor with the District of North Cowichan. Mr. Tek Manhas will serve as an independent director on the audit committee. The independent director Mr. Maxime Lepine will continue to be the chair of the audit committee.
