Finalisation de la cession des activités Sports & Loisirs de Redcats USA

PPR annonce que Redcats a procédé au transfert des titres de The Sportsman's Guide et The Golf Warehouse à Northern Tool + Equipment (NTE). Le montant de la transaction a été encaissé selon les termes annoncés le 8 novembre 2012.

PPR announces that Redcats has transferred the shares of The Sportsman's Guide and The Golf Warehouse to Northern Tool + Equipment (NTE). The payment of the transaction was received under the terms announced on 8 November 2012.
