Keras Resources Plc was notified on 19 May 2022 that First Uranium Resources Ltd and AxCap Ventures Inc, both Canadian incorporated entities, now own 10.03% and 7.04% respectively of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Russell Lamming, CEO of Keras, commented,

"With the closing of the £1.95m (excluding fees) capital raise and securing 100% of the high grade organic phosphate Diamond Creek mine, the Company is excellently positioned to deliver into the growing organic agricultural sector. This sector is underpinned by the macro-economic tailwinds of the global fertiliser markets."

"First Uranium Resources Ltd initially subscribed for 10% of the Company in the equity placing announced on 29 April 2022 and have illustrated their support of the Company by procuring the acquisition of an additional 7% in the market by AxCap Ventures.
