Further to the announcement made on 16 December 2019, Keras was informed on 17 December 2019 that Mr Stewart Hood has a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") additional to the shareholding notified on 13 December 2019. Mr Hood's total beneficial interest amounts to 78,191,961 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.13% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
