Holding in Company

Keras was informed on 13 December 2019 that Mr Stewart Hood had previously held a beneficial interest in 88,284,893 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 3.53% of the issued ordinary shares capital of the Company. Following a disposal of Ordinary Shares on 22 November 2019, Mr Hood had a beneficial interest in 67,476,652 Ordinary Shares, which is less than 3 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of Keras. Mr Hood's interest in the aforementioned Ordinary Shares are held in the name of Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Limited.
