Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Keras is pleased to announce the appointment of SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker with immediate effect. 

The Company has today granted SP Angel a warrant to subscribe for 7 million ordinary shares of 0.1 pence of the Company exercisable at a price of 0.36 pence per share for a period of five years from today's date.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
