ANNOUNCEMENT

KEO plc has today informed in writing the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance, as well as the Unions SEK and PEO, of its intention to proceed with the termination of employment of a significant number employees working across all areas in which the Companies of the KEO Group operate.

The termination of employment will be in regards to employees that are considered as redundant and the Company intends to follow all the relevant procedures as provided by the Legislation and the Code of Industrial Relations.
