ANNOUNCEMENT

KEO plc announces that it has completed the payment of the interim dividend to its beneficiary shareholders in accordance with the Company's announcement dated 30 October 2025.

In accordance to the provisions of the regulatory Decision for the Operation of the Central Depository and Central Register of Securities that came into effect on 13 November 2023, the payment of dividends to investors whose shares are under the control of an Operator, has been made to the Operator who will pay the amount to its client.

For the investors whose shares are not under the control of an Operator, the payment of dividend has been completed either via a transfer to the bank account that the beneficiaries have submitted or by cheque mailed to the address that the beneficiaries have submitted to the Company.

It is noted that in the cases where the beneficiaries have not responded to the Company's letter (copy of which is attached), the dividend due has been withheld until the submission to the Company of the authorization for one of the two methods of payment (i.e. IBAN for the bank transfer or confirmation of correspondence address). Alternatively, the beneficiaries can collect their cheque in person from the Company's registered office with the presentation of ID card/passport.
