NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION/DISPOSAL OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF LISTED SHARES

The Board of Directors of KEO plc announces that, following an update received, during the stock exchange meeting that took place on 11 September 2019, the Holy Archbishopric of Cyprus has acquired free of charge 5,663,763 ordinary shares of KEO plc from Hellenic Mining Public Company Ltd.

The shares acquired by the Holy Archbishopric of Cyprus from Hellenic Mining Public Company Ltd amount to 13.36% of the total ordinary shares of KEO plc that are listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange. As a result of the above transaction the holding of Holy Archbishopric of Cyprus in KEO plc increases from 27.09% to 40.45% and Hellenic Mining Public Company Ltd ceases to have any holding in KEO plc.

This announcement is made in accordance to the provision of article 172 of The Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Laws and the Directive CSE 01/2011 of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission for the Notification of the Acquisition or Disposal of Major Holding.

Attached to this announcement are:

• a. Annex 2 as provided by the Directive CSE 01/2011 relating to the acquisition of 5,663,763 ordinary shares of KEO plc by the Holy Archbishopric of Cyprus
• b. Annex 2 as provided by the Directive CSE 01/2011 relating to the disposal of 5,663,763 ordinary shares of KEO plc by Hellenic Mining Public Company Ltd
